This one isn't too bad and can easily be done without boosting, either catch 2 enemies battling it out on each other and go for the double shootdodge kill, if you only kill one of them and you're are still alive on the ground then remain prone and wait for another enemy to come by and then kill them. This will also unlock the achievement, you can strafe left and right to make little movement in aid of hiding or finding an enemy, just don't get up before your 2nd kill.

If you wish to boost this, you will need 8 players in order to fill the lobby up and lock out any random players form joining, then the player who's getting the achievement should either make their way on the 2nd floor or just at the top of the elevator in the main terminal, have either an RPG equipped or a duel wield of your choice, have 2 players stand below/in front of you and go for the kills.
