The Tonoro figurine is found on World 4-1. You will first need to get a donut to distract the security guard to the left of the area in order to pick up the newspaper. After picking up the newspaper, grab another donut and go past door you came from. While using your newspaper to hide in plain sight from the walking scientist. You will enter a run with a security guard looking out a window. Dump the donut in the radioactive barrel and drop the donut on the floor. After the security guard its, he will faint and the figurine is in front of the window he was standing guard at. Be careful as the other scientist walking around can see you threw the windows.
