The Hyper Feat Boy figurine is found on World 2-4. You will need to collect three 10KG packages that are spread out through the office floor. After collecting all three 10KG packages, place them on the dolly near the broken window with caution tape to break through it. Walk around the outside of the office balcony and use the eraser launcher on the security guard to distract him. Walk through the door leading into the office and then through the right door leading back to the balcony. The figurine will be in the corner of the balcony.
