The Julian figurine is found on World 2-1. From the start of the level make your way up past the restroom and turn right. There will be a vending machine that you can move out of the way to reveal a air vent. After crawling through the air vent you end up in a janitors closet. The figurine is inside the third stall. (Do not stay in the stall to long. There will be an employee who will enter this stall and spot you.)
