Batman: Unlocks during the main story in Level 12 - The One With The T. rex Mech.
The tallest tower in the hub world is Lex Corp Tower in Metropolis. You will need a flying character to get up there like Superman or Green Lantern. Once you fly to the top of the Lex Corp tower switch your character holding [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] all you do is jump off with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] as Batman and hold [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to glide just like in the Arkham series.
It's suggested to glide towards Wayne Manor just keep going for 60 seconds. Avoid landing anywhere and buildings until the achievement unlocks. You can turn if you have to just don't go up and down for speed keep gliding.
