First, access the Augmentation Menu while in Breach Mode and purchase the Alarm Cancel aug upgrade; it can be found under the "Renderer" augmentation and will cost one Praxis. Now head into a simple server, such as Server S01_STOCKADE in Network 1A, and purposely get yourself spotted by a Defense Unit (or in this case, the Defense Turret). Once you have been spotted and have triggered the alarm, activate your new aug and the achievement will unlock soon after.
