As you approach the Blade, Mr. Saridakis will be shouting from the building's steps that lead to the front entrance. Speak with him and he will explain his take on a conspiracy regarding his wife's murder. After listening to his story, you will receive an objective to uncover four different clues about the Saridakis murder inside the Palisade Blade. Although the clues will be marked on your HUD/map, take a look below for a general idea of what you're looking for.

On Level 4 of the Blades, inside the office where you plant ShadowChild's figurine, access the laptop and read all of the emails.
On Level 5 of the Blades, inside the office that is accessed via the roof hatch, hack into the computer for your primary objective and then read the rest of the emails.
Inside the server chamber area, access Room 209 and loot and listen to the pocket secretary that is found on the ground in the back-left end of this room.
Inside the security room that leads to the NSN chamber, loot and listen to Oshiro's pocket secretary; it's located underneath some boxes on the table to the right-hand side of the room.
Once you have listened to Oshiro's voice recording, which is the fourth and final clue, the achievement will unlock.
