This achievement is missable and is earned for completing Side Mission 11, The Last Harvest, in a very specific manner.

This side mission can only be triggered by having exonerated both suspects during Side Mission 10, The Harvester, and unlocked its correlated achievement. As you leave TF29 during Mission 14, you will receive a distressed call from Daria that triggers this side mission. Ditch your current objective and make your way to Daria's apartment in the southern district of the city. Detective Montag will be in front of her apartment. Speak with him and you can then enter Daria's dwelling.

Search the apartment thoroughly for clues. This includes the textbook near the broken TV, the hypodermic needles in the bathroom, the journal on her bed, the scratched number in the closet, and, most importantly, the emails on her computer. Once you read the emails you will receive a secondary objective that tasks you with speaking to Dr. Cipra.

Leave Daria's apartment and travel to the northern end of the city, making your way to Dr. Cipra's store. There will be a lengthy conversation with him, but towards the end, you must choose the "Other Way" dialogue option when he describes taking Daria out.

NOTE: He will begin explaining this other method and it is vital that you press [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to contradict the doctor mid-speech. This requires the "Social Enhancer" augmentation.

Now that you've obtained the keyword from the good doctor, travel back to the southern district and follow the blood trail into the sewers behind your apartment complex until you find Daria sitting creepily in a chair with a bloodied blouse.

You will have another lengthy conversation ahead of you, and you must choose the following dialogue options in this order:

Shortly after you approach her, Detective Montag will show up and Daria will willingly turn herself in, thus unlocking the achievement.
