This achievement is missable and is earned during Mission 1, Black Market Buy.

As you progress through the aforementioned mission, the game will automatically pull you out of the action and present a short tutorial for that particular section of the mission (vaulting over cover, using cloak to bypass enemies, etc.). You can either choose to accept or decline these tutorials.

There are three in total, so just make sure to accept each as they pop up. They're short and very easy, and once all three are done this achievement will unlock.
