Defeat the Dread Lord's subjects in Decay.

Chapter 7: Decay has two optional enemies that you need to kill before fighting the final boss to unlock this achievement. Their locations are fairly obvious, as they are located in large circular areas. The first enemy (Dread Knight) can be found on the first floor, while the second enemy (Dread Baron) will be found on the basement level where the final boss is, in the Western area. Make sure to kill the Knight and the Baron before fighting Dread Lord and the achievement will unlock as soon as the second of the two mini-bosses are defeated.
