Reach a save statue while having only one health point left.

This can be tricky on later stages and playthroughs, so it's best to attempt it right off the bat in stage one in your initial playthrough on 'Normal Princess'. Sarah will have less health at a lower level and the enemies do small, fixed amounts of damage. Getting hit by a bat lowers Sarah's health by 2 HP, a zombie by 5 HP, etc. Thus, if you can see a save statue and have an odd number of HP remaining, simply wait for bats to fly by and damage you until Sarah has 1 HP, then run to the statue. If you have an even number of HP, get hit by a zombie and then proceed as above.

If you are unlocking this at a higher level, the same principles apply, but the damage increments will be larger. Figure out each enemy's damage and break a few torches if necessary to reach 1 HP without dying.
