Missable achievement.
There are seven rabbits to be collected throughout the game.
#1 - First train sequence. Right at the beginning of the game, this is in the last room down the corridor on the table.
#2 - Third train sequence. After the puzzle, walk all the way down the carriage, and this one is sitting on a seat in the second room of the next hallway.
#3 - Third train sequence. A little after rabbit #3, just after poster #2, Finn will again disappear. The bunny is in the room directly to your left.
#4 - Fourth train sequence. After you talk to Finn through the door, this rabbit is on the table in the second room.
#5 - Second treehouse sequence - When you first get back to the treehouse, go out to the balcony for this one.
#6 - Finnland - This rabbit is sitting on top of the grave you come to.
#7 - Fifth train sequence - Your final rabbit is under the guy with the rabbit mask. Walk towards him, he will disappear and you can grab it for the achievement.
