On Level 1, after leaving HOME, stay to the right, and almost immediately turn right and walk straight towards a glowing door. This is the WORK door.
Enter and walk straight and eventually on the right you will see a mechanism with a figure taking a bath in some blue liquid. Press A to 'Feed' it and will discover you have nothing to offer. As you're walking away the achievement will unlock.
