Description: Uncover more than 80% of the Mini-Map.

How to Earn: Start up a single player game. Once in the game... you could run around on foot and do this the old fashion way but.... why? Let's do this in style.

Press menu to pause the game. In the command line in the top type in "summon ptero_character_bp_c" to summon a pterodon. Unpause and look up at the dragon so the name appears on your screen. Pause again and in the command line type in "forcetame" and now you have your very own flying mount. Ride the dino and then pause once more and type in "addexperience 99999999 0 0" without the quotes.

Now pause once more and type "god" into the line without quotes while riding the dino to give it god mode and then once again and input "infinitestats" which makes it have unlimited stamina. When flying press the left thumbstick to use fast flying which would normally drain your stamina but now it doesn't!

I suggest using a grid system. Fly to the north east corner of the map and then fly to the north west corner. Then move south some and fly back east and south again when you hit the east wall. Then go back west... etc etc. Do this until the achievement unlocks.

FYI, the map is accessed by pressing the back button on your controller. While riding a dino you can press the RB to zoom into a 1st person view which will allow you to use your map while on dino back.

*NOTE* For people who had the map 100% unlocked already the process that worked for me is this:

Delete the saved data that corresponds to your gamertag in the game manage menu. Go back into the game and fly all around the map. For me it unlocked closer to 90% explored rather than 80%.

*UPDATE*

The flyers have been nerfed in a recent patch and you can no longer change movement speed. Another suggestion to make this slightly less painful is to summon a plesiosaur in the ocean and pump it's movement speed and swim out the shore of the entire island. This will unlock a very large section of the map and then summon a faster ground mount using god mode to not take damage. I suggest a saber cat and pump it's speed up really high and run around the unexplored middle until the achievement pops.

Here is the data that you need to edit the summon line above to get these mounts:

Plesiosaur_Character_BP_C
Saber_Character_BP_C

Make sure you summon the plesiosaur in DEEP water or it will die. It is very large.
