How to Earn: Warning: SAVE before going to the Kokari (fishing boy in Agata Forest) to catch Whopper and rescue Ume (one of the canine warriors), as achievements in this game are very temperamental and may not unlock when they should, resulting in you having to replay the whole game.

You will get this achievement when you help Kokari capture 'Whopper' the giant fish. You'll have a cutscene, and then have to do a new constellation, consisting of three new stars.

After the cutscene, and the battle with Canine Warrior Jin a.k.a. Ume, you'll get the achievement. If you don't, reload your save and try again.
