This can be done easily on the tutorial level.

Load up the tutorial, run up the first set of stairs, then take the first left back down another set of stairs. Turn left once more at the animal cages and open the chest there. You'll find 10 bones in said chest. There are two wolves in a pen near the chest. Then, just explore around until you find another wolf or two. I even found a pack of 3 one time.

Depending on the wolf, they'll take between 1-4 bones to tame them. If you run out of bones, simply start a fresh tutorial file and repeat the above process. You do not need to befriend all 5 wolves in one game or all at one time.
