For this Intel you need to choose the mission "Return to Sender" and choose any difficulty.

This laptop is in Waraabe's room, after you breach into it. While Price goes on with his endless prattle, check the tables on the sides of the room for this laptop. Try and get this laptop before Price wraps up business with Waraabe, as the room becomes inhospitable afterward.
