You unlock this achievement by using the Strike From Above while at least 60 feet above your target.
You need the "Strike from Above" Ability for this Achievement. You can get this Ability very earlier in the Game.
The Location for the Achievement is any Forge Tower if you want. Lure an Enemy or Group to the Tower, climb up and use the Strike from Above Ability RB+X.
Just make sure that the Enemy has no red Indicator above his Head before you use Strike from Above.
