Scout and find a player with any combination of 3 Global Transfer Network attributes in Career

From the FIFA 15 "Main Menu" use LB or RB to highlight the "Play" tab.

Highlight the "New Career" tile (using D-Pad up, D-Pad down,D-Pad left, or D-Pad right). This tile might say "Load Career" or "Continue Career" - if it does, highlight the tile then use the cn_RS to change it to "New Career". Press the cn_A button to begin a new career.

Alternatively you can load or continue a Manager Career that you had previously started.

If you are starting a new career, then highlight and select "Manager Career" from the "New Career" menu.

Pick an appropriate team.

If you plan on shooting for the Top Shelf in FIFA 15 achievement soon, then select a team from one of the lower divisions. My suggestion is to select Fulham, from the FL Championship in England, as they have a $14 million dollar budget - plenty of cash to buy a bargain player from a higher division.

Alternatively , if you plan on shooting for the Silverware in FIFA 15 achievement soon, then select a team that will play for a trophy early. My suggestion is Manchester City, as they play in the Community Shield in early August of your first season.

In the "Career Settings" menu be sure to set the "Disable First Summer Transfer Window" to "Off" if you are shooting for the Top Shelf in FIFA 15 achievement.

Highlight "Advance" and press the A button to continue. Then repeat once more.


Now - just as in previous FIFA editions, you need to hire a scout (or use an existing one) & go search for a specific type of player. From the "Central" tab, highlight & select the "Global Transfer Network" tile.

You can hire an additional scout or two if you wish (I did), but after that you need to go to the "Instructions" tab (use LB or RB). Each tile here represents the corresponding scout from the "Scouts" tab. So if you wish to edit the instructions for you uppermost left scout, highlight the uppermost left tile on the "Instruction" tab. Press Y to edit the scout's instructions.

You want to highlight the "Attributes" tile and select three (and only three) attributes:

1. Defensive Minded
2. First Team Quality
3. Strong

Uncheck any other attributes!!

Press B to go back, and A to "Keep Changes".

Do this for every scout.

Now go back to "Central" tab, select the "Advance" tile & start simming (press A). If you did everything else correctly the achievement should pop in about 30 seconds.
