Earn 10 gold medals in Career races.
This is not as hard as it sounds, even with drivatars. Unlike previous Forza's gold doesn't mean 1st place. Most races unless it is a special event the gold metal means top 3 (must be a huge podium). If you purchase the recommended cars that are listed when you start a Championship Series you should have no problem getting this.

This achievement was pretty easy since I usually had the AI on recruit or lowest difficulty. Got this one right away.
