A lot of people have been having the problem with the error codes c00d1355, x0c00d1355 you get a message saying you must be 18 or older to use the music app this is the solution

Steps
(I do not claim this as my own)
1.Start the Music app.
2.Tap or click Settings.
3.Tap or click Account.
4.Tap or click Privacy and Online Settings.
5.Sign in to your account (if prompted).
6.On the Online and Privacy Settings page, select the appropriate child account level (Teen, Child, or Custom).
7.Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Under Music, Music Videos and Windows Phone Games, select Allowed or Blocked. (Blocked is selected by default.)
8.Tap or click Save.
