Fallout 4 frame-rate “can drop to the low 20 FPS on PS4 and Xbox One”

High scores it may have, but Fallout 4’s console frame-rate isn’t as stable as many would like.

Digital Foundry has confirmed the inevitable: Fallout 4’s frame-rate “can drop to the low 20 FPS line on PS4 and Xbox One”.

The Bethesda RPG’s final content embargo has now lifted, with review scores ranging from clean 10s to a 7.5 from Destructoid. Expect the subject of Fallout 4’s platform performance to rage long and hard.

What does that mean? Because it is on a console, the frame rate should be good? No.

Yeah but I'm pretty sure their going to fix this, They will realize that nobody can handle 20FPS lol .

I haven't seen any fps issues, but I'm sure there will be a patch to fix it soon for those who do have it.

20 FPS is really bad, even for consoles, how do they expect to be able to run mods on the systems if it can't even run the vanilla game very well!

Hopefully there is a fix.

Not sure if there is some kind of update they can push to fix this, or if it will always be a problem, but that kind of sucks to have that much lag and frame drop.
