Rumor: Microsoft To Release New 1TB Xbox One Console

At the moment the Xbox One is sold in 500 GB SKUs (besides one bundle), but spanish retailer Lamee Software put a stand alone version of the console without kinect up for pre-orders, sporting a one terabyte hard disk.

As you can see in the screen capture below, the European retail price would be 449.99 Euros, and the launch date June 23rd.

If the listing is accurate, this could indicate an announcement at E3, but of course we should take this with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made.

Cheaper to get an external hard drive.

Yeah I agree. And not as many people buy games through the marketplace as much as they used to now.

You guys do realize you have to download the full game even if you have the disk

bought a 3 TB external when i bought my xbox one way back in june/july and expected bullshit like 50 GB game installs, only having enough space for just 7 games let alone the disc ones is just an absolute joke. Microsoft pretty much bent the early adopters aka their life support and ****ed them right in the ***....

Yea well at gamestop.com you can get a 3tb hard drive for 149$ so i agree thats the best bet

well 500gb or whats left when you have done all the update can't hold many games or dlc's or updates which is why they made external HDD support for xbox one which is one of the best things they have done. But when they were building the xbox one they should've thought about doing this earlier. But hey more money for them
