Rumor: Microsoft To Release New 1TB Xbox One Console

4.6
At the moment the Xbox One is sold in 500 GB SKUs (besides one bundle), but spanish retailer Lamee Software put a stand alone version of the console without kinect up for pre-orders, sporting a one terabyte hard disk.

As you can see in the screen capture below, the European retail price would be 449.99 Euros, and the launch date June 23rd.

If the listing is accurate, this could indicate an announcement at E3, but of course we should take this with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made.

It still baffles me how many people don't realise you can either A) take apart the xbox and upgrade the internal hdd or B) use an external usb3 hdd
And DeluxeHarzard, for $100 you could buy a 3tb external hdd, which would more than likely also be faster than the one MS would sell.

Vladimer it should be free if you trade in your xbox one 500gb

I don't think it should be free but maybe you would only have to pay $100 the most to swap them.

Seeing how big many games on the Xbox One are now this would be very needed.
