Resistance MP servers going offline for good on April 8th

It was previously reported that the multiplayer for Resistance: Fall of Man would be taken offline on March 28th but it's death has been delayed until April 8th for now. On April 3rd many Insomniac employees hopped back online to play the aging title with fans as one last hurrah, Resistance: Fall of Man launched on the PS3 in November of 2003 as a system launch title.

Haven't played this game in so long. I remember playing it a lot at my friends house back in like 07. Good times.

Yeah, it's sad to see something like this end, but then again I haven't played it in forever.

That's a long time. I know they made quite some money off of this game... considering it's been up for this long.
