Microsoft seeks legal action against Xbox One leaker – report

4.7
Xbox One rumours went crazy this week, thanks to a tipster called ntkrnl. From Forza Horizon 2 and Crackdown 3, to Titanfall-branded consoles and everything between, nothing was off the table, and Microsoft is now seeking legal action.

Here’s a recap of everything ntkrnl leaked:

Halo 2: Anniversary heading to Xbox One on November 11
Crackdown 3 coming 2016
Halo 5 delayed?
Forza Horizon 2 could hit Xbox One in September at 1080p
White Xbox One disc-less console

Kotaku has been digging into the matter and has reported that Microsoft is now seeking legal action to identify and bring in the informant. As the site suggests, this doesn’t mean that any of the above is true, but we’ll update you as we hear more.

Timberlands All I have to say is good luck trying to find him/her that leaked the new products.

It wouldn't be hard to track down someone who had it early because it wouldn't be many.

There are ALWAYS going to be people to leak gaming information. Seeking legal action is stupid IMO.

Relevant to the leak- Forza Horizon 2 confirmed!? Sounds good, can't wait for this game! :D

He shouldn't have leaked it

Crackdown 3 is gonna be fun, but could easily be a 360 game if they continue with the low graphics.

iOS8 That is stupid. That shouldn't be able to seek legal action because he was excersizing his right to free speech.

It's not considered free speech against a private company.

Lia By the looks of it, it seems like all of the rumors are true if Microsoft is seeking legal action. I don't really agree with them doing it though.

They're just looking for money. All America does is sue, sue, sue.

Leaking it wasn't to bright of the person who took this picture, it can cause trouble, they should of made a rule of some sort where you can NOT take out your phones, cameras, etc.

It's sweet how they are having the discounts, that's another thing, and hopefully this person doesn't get caught so we can get more information about these games.
