PS4 system update 1.51 coming soon

Sony will release PS4 system update 1.51 imminently.

According to Eric Lempel, VP of Sony Network Entertainment, the mandatory update improves system software stability and makes small UI refinements "such as clearly indicating when a user downloads a game and a game patch at the same time".

Lempel also notes that automatic downloads for system and game updates are enabled by default when PS4 is in stand-by mode.

PS4 launched in North America on November 15 ahead of the European and Latin American PS4 release date of November 29. PS4 sales hit one million units in the console's first 24 hours of availability.

Jane Fix bf4 PLEASSEEEEE!!!!! I'd be so happy

Try this to stop the crashing. I found it somewhere and it actually works on my system (though i still cant play conquest). sign out of psn, start bf4 (and get to the screen that says multiplayer, campaign, ect.), press ps button and sign back into psn, then with bf4 selected on the homepage double tap the ps button.

I hope all these launch issues are ironed out, maybe with a 1.52 update, for the PS4 launch in Europe.

Well I think that applies if they had another patch.

I could see that falling under a patch that Dice is going to have to do with Battlefield 4 itself..

How so? I thought it was just problems with games such as BF4? And the HDMI issues?

tons of issues not sure if they fixed anything regarding bricked consoles tho
