Chosen wrote Keep forgetting to update this thread but i've been at it every single day still, last week I ate chicken and rice everyday and I actually feel great.

I hit legs yesterday, todays back and bis

Nice bro. Seems like you're being real consistent with both training and diet, which is always the hard part imo

First leg day was today sicne my toe amputation. Wow. That was rough. I am really glad its over and I cannot wait until my muscle memory comes back from before. I was only able to do 2 sets of squats

95lbs for 10 reps then 115 for 6-7 reps
Leg extension machine was needing to be fixed, so I did leg curls did 3 sets of 10-15 reps and then did calf raises 3 sets of 50-80 pounds of 12-15 reps. I forgot to do leg press, and only did one set of hack squats because the older machine is so heavy that if I did put weight on it, it would be too heavy to do, squat. get it? anyways, wish the leg extension machine was running but could have been worse. i mean I DID HAVE MY BIG TOE CUT OFF...

Very impressive Tasty. You seem to be doing 20 mile runs on the regular now. I still need to get back into doing some cardio / running. What app is this by the way that tracks your runs?

Ouch bro. Glad to see you are getting back active after that though. Keep it up and I'm sure that muscle memory will come back in no time. Hopefully that leg extension machine get fixed, that's my favorite part of leg day.

I hit a solid chest workout yesterday but didn't do anything too crazy or out of the norm. Gym partner has been gone past couple days so my workouts have been pretty fast and efficient since I'm not really taking breaks in between sets to talk or anything etc.

Today is shoulders which will be a relatively fast workout, been doing Sam Suleks face pull and it feels a lot better than doing them standing.

If anyone is wondering what my routine is by the way I go

Back & bis > Chest & tris > Shoulders & traps > Legs

& repeat, no such thing as a rest day.

Very nice, I hit back and bis today, did a few more sets than I usually do, it felt really good. Used a new pre workout today

@Chosen No stomach? Back when I was a gym bunny I used to do it on leg day. And do cardio on leg day too (before training).

@FlexTaylor Congrats man. Glad to see you're back at it

@Tasty Lord. That's real impressive man. How long have you been consistently running? Flat terrain? Have you attempted a marathon yet, I mean you're almost doing 'em for fun! I used to be a big runner. I've run on and off all my life but even at my peak I only ran a 15km, 11km and 7km each week for about 18 months / two years. I never managed, or even considered, pushing for 20 miles though! I've been craving some running here but I didn't bring my shoes and they don't sell shoes my size in Asia haha

Just got back to the gym two weeks ago, nothing too serious and no long term goals. Since I've moved away I'm not as physically active as I usually am so I'm lightly training. Twice a week and enjoying it. But man, the muscle ache is lasting for days after! Playing some pretty frequent table tennis too.

Today is a pull day for me. Not sure exactly what I want to do.

Anyone got a program for strength training they want to let me use?
