I'll start things off, I've had a pretty good fitness streak going and plan on keeping it up. (I forget to wear my Apple Watch a lot, getting in a better habit of it)

I've been going to the gym consistently, about 2-3x a week & my goal is to go 4-5x a week

Below is my check ins for the month as of now (5) so by the end of the month my goal is (14)

Did abs/core today got to 60 lbs on machine 40 reps each side
Bicycle workout (laying on mat do bicycle crunch/ ab work out)
Plank
Side Bends
Russian Twist
& different machine ab workouts

Goal is to go tomorrow (Wednesday), Thursday and Friday for a sold 5 day workout week....

Tomorrow might do legs or back
