Said wrote Been hitting gym 5 x a week recently. Waking up at 5am and doing it before work. Feels absolutely amazing! I just need to sort my diet out. I LOVE food.. like to the point I'm considering adding it to my CV / Resume as a hobby
Been seeing my strength increase loads and my body take better shape.

Been considering jumping on creatine, but I need to increase my water intake. I'm drinking about 2L on the days I train. But hardly anything on none training days. Any thoughts on whether I should jump on it?

My goal is: Trying to cut down body fat whilst putting on muscle / gaining strength.

Love to hear it man! Sounds like we have pretty similar goals. If you want some tips and tricks on how I dieted hit me up on discord or PM me.

Boruto wrote Been consistently going to the gym 5x a week. Hit legs yesterday and felt a pop in my lower back during squats. Was in quite a bit of pain for several hours after with very limited mobility. Been taking pain relievers pretty much as often as I can. Feels a little better this morning so going to just give it a few days to rest and see where we stand.

Hoping it gets better and I don't have to go see a doctor but we shall see.

Back pain is no joke, I dealt with it for years until finally fixing it. I hope you get it all sorted out.

Great chest day workout today, did some abs after for a total workout time of 1:53. Felt really good.

Recorded a lot of nice videos too that I may edit and upload eventually, stay tuned.

Any advice on someone who's smoked for 15+ years, extremely unhealthy diet?

I don't want to just jump right in there, I am not looking for huge gains. Cut down on smoking and balanced food (ish) will be the best bet but for a workout what would you suggest?

I would reccomend adding 15 to 20 minutes of steady state cardio, maybe try to aim for 10k steps a day to help build up some natural endurance, would also help the daily calorie intake

10K steps?! I barely do 4K I'm not fat or anything, just lazy. As well as incredibly unhealthy.
