He's having a terrible game so far and Argentina look sloppy. Definitely don't deserve the lead hopefully Bosnia can score second half.

Unconfirmed reports state that Rooney will play the central traditional number 10 role in the hole behind Sturridge on Thursday with Sterling out wide.

Suarez and Ox are both fighting to get fit in time.

Rooney needs to be dropped, he knows that he doesn't even have to try and he will still get picked every week, he needs a kick up the backside so that he starts playing. Would definitely play Barkley & Sterling with Ox if he's fit

He needs to play behind Sturrige as a number 10 or not at all in my eyes now. I think we can win against Uruguay they looked terrible defensively (even worse than us) and they are only a threat on the attack (and Cavani didn't look good and Forlan is getting on (still a legend though), Suarez even if he is fit isn't going to be able to last 90minutes and hasn't played for around 5 weeks).

If we play like we did against Italy and attack with freedom we can get the 3 points I'm confident of this. Personally I'd start Rooney and put Sterling out wide and maybe bring Barkley on later. Ox might be fit so we will have more options in midfield.

Agreed, but in my opinion Sterling needs to stay there next game. You can't drop him after his performance vs. Italy, he was the only player we had that actually ran at players and tried to break through their defence
