Here is my save for the SpaceShip trophy, all parts are collected, just resign the save and load it. then talk to the guy in front of you, if he is not here no panic just leave the area and drive a little bit around, then he will spawn you see it on your map. talk to him and a Cutscene will start after that the trophy pops.

And by the way you get the alien buggy.
