1) Connect A USB to the computer,Then create a Folder Named PS3 (ALL CAPS).Create a second folder inside of the one you just created named SAVEDATA (ALL CAPS).
2)Unzip the folder and save it to the folder named SAVEDATA.
3)Connect the usb into the PS3 and copy it over via the games section and....
WOLLA Your Done!!
