Like one said, it can not find your hard drive. It's asking you to transfer your data over.

When I try to boot from other sequence it says "AMD Data Change. . . Update New Data To DMI!"

Pretty sure it's your hard drive buddy. I work on and build computers. When I get some, they sometimes go though the same process yours is.

If you can afford it then just buy yourself those things I listed and go from there. Don't pay a repair shop $50+ for labor when it's easy to do yourself. Good luck

You could as long as you know it works. You have to just format his drive when booting from your windows installation media
