I never lost weight lol. I've been 250 for the last 4-5 years now. The only difference is a lot more is muscle now.

As far as losing weight, why? You're at a fairly healthy level right now. If you want to lose weight with minimal effort, cut out noodles and breads from your diet. Also chicken has a lot of protein, you will need to burn that protein off when you eat it.
