I really just eat well and drink water. A buddy of mine when 4 months on a no exercise, just eating right and drinking water type of "diet" and lost 40 pounds.

cut down on carbs man carbs store and also a cut down on carbs will make you feel more energetic

if your already of a good build like not appearing fat, continue with the suggestions for healthy eating but try do core every day. I tried it for a month and saw great improvements.
There is guides online for all that.
