Everybody is to dam paranoid now a days. I think they should have shoot a warning shoot or something to let the kid know they arnt playing around. To bad people die in this world for no good reason.

The kid had a replica AK47 that would easily be mistaken as a real one from more than 15 feet away.

I hope those cops are real proud of themselves for taking the life of a 13 year old.

Cops here are so corrupt, it's not even funny. I have seen some pretty messed up things including them brutally kneeing some homeless person to the head and shout expletives at him when they are clearly not resisting.

Sadly, the cops that protect us are mainly high school drop out that feel like they have so much power over everyone.

They should never have used lethal force, a simple takedown would have sufficed perfectly... :/

It's not that they are corrupt, it's that they are paranoid. And IMO they can be paranoid all they want but if they are going to take the life of a kid without knowing for sure if it's a real gun there is something wrong. It's like giving someone the death penalty without full proof that they committed a crime.
