If you can afford moving out as you say you can, then go for it. When I moved out I made sure that I can afford living on my own, and I also made sure I had a back up just in case.

Yes I am. Full ride scholarship to DeVry University. The apartment is right next to the school and only 2 miles away from my work.

Honestly whats the point of renting if you're parents are fine with you at home, when you went you are just paying someone else's house off you are better off staying at home and saving for a good deposit on you're own home

I feel like I want the freedom of going out and not having to worry about my parents bitching at me. Also I create the rules for the most part lol.

just buy a nice cheap house that has a cheap mortgage that you and your friend can move into so you can be able to pay every month for the necessities. But honestly, if your living at home rent free, have a good job, and going to a college close by, then just live at home.

I would get more of a better steady check maybe 2000 grand a month. Gotta think about bills grocery and carp going to work and back. I'm 17 and I'm making 600$ a week. I work on a farm but getting played off next week, then I work for my buds dad's trucking business
