Go to your MoBo manufactures website and look for the drivers.

EDIT: and you will most likely need a USB Flash Drive

Just try updating the drivers for the moment (MoBo and Graphics card)

also is you CPU overclocked?

i get this every time i try to install chipset update

"File coping was not successful,setup will exit"

re-downloaded the update twice

I'm not sure why this would happen.
If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, make sure you install the drivers for 64-bit and vice versa.

If you have Windows 7, make sure you're not installing the drivers for Windows 8/8.1 and vice versa.

Updating drivers didnt fix anything still in slow motion, even the integrated graphics is having this problom

There's probably just something wrong with your power supply.
I don't know any way of testing it.

I'd recommend re-installing your OS.
It's the only thing I can think of.
If re-installing your OS doesn't work, one of the parts in your computer probably messed up when your power went off (probably your power supply).
