There's probably just something wrong with your power supply.
I don't know any way of testing it.

I'd recommend re-installing your OS.
It's the only thing I can think of.

Just installed a brand new corsair CX750 watt this morning

Also just installed the radeon 270x and it still happens so i guess that leaves the hardrive ram and motherboard

It's probably the ram.
If not, then the motherboard.
I highly doubt it's the hard drive.

Probably just your graphics card cant handle those games. Battlefield and such games take a lot of power to run. You just dont have a good enough graphics card and memory.

Click one of the "F" buttons like "f1, f2, f3 ect". I think f8 makes everything slow.
