Hd PVR has Flashback recording also
and HD PVR doesnt have any black bars once you render

So there's lots of reviews out there, I'm guessing the only HDPVR one you looked at was this one?

so its easy to set up, i havent had any black bars along the screen and there is barely any difference between 720p and 1080i so whats your point? elgato game capture is dearer and btw you can record in 1080i in the hd pvr 2 so your wrong there

You have not had the Elgato. HD PVR has horrible color correction, Elgato you don't even need a color correction. hop off random.
