The Extreme4 is the better board. It has a much better VRM and an 8-pin EPS connector as opposed to the Gigabyte board's 4-pin connector.

That article may be able to help you. The requirements on graphics card boxes are always meaningless as well, and considering this card runs off the bus connection, that's not the issue unless the board cannot provide enough power for it. I strongly doubt that's the problem. You also could try this:

Did you try using using each of your RAM sticks alone?

"Did you try using using each of your RAM sticks alone?"

Did NOT work unfortunately

Any other suggestions?
If I cant get it to work on this pc I will just test it on my custom build when all my parts arrive and I am building it next weekend lol

I think it might be the RAM that is the problem. Dont know why. Just have funny feeling.

Hey R00t,
I wanted to say thanks for helping me with the build and I should be ordering in a day or so. But I have one thing I was wondering about,The case you gave to me to buy is kinda ugly so I was wondering if you could maybe switch it out for a better looking case? I would have picked one out and showed it to you and just have bought the one I picked but the one you gave me came bundled with the power supply. So If you could find a nicer looking case with the same power supply or one that is still modular and come out to the same price. That would be fantastic!

Thanks
-Neon

EDIT: I found the same power supply for $80
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

And I found a Case for $70
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Because the total of those 2 came out to the same price of the bundle and the case looks a lot better,
Will these work with the rest of my build?
