I don't think it will because as far as I can tell, it's a PCI-E card and the board is PCI.

Why are you looking at an AM3+ board? The case is also junk and you'd be better-off spending a little more for a good one.

You probably don't need a mid-tower case anyway, and if that's the case (LOLPUN), go for the Fractal Core 1000.
