Software: Basic software for normal browsing/school work, no editing software.
Aesthetics: If it's possible parts that light up green? If not that's fine, as for the case as long as it's sleek I'm fine with it.

Details: Nothing special.
When: By the holidays.

When you say "claw mouse," I haven't a clue which one you would want. Otherwise I would've fit in a Deathadder or something, but an external device like that should be chosen by the user. Also just figured I'd go OEM on the CPU because you'll never use the stock heatsink/fan, but if you don't want to you can get retail.

I cannot recommend 16 GB of RAM because it's not worth it, particularly in this build. Otherwise, I was able to fit a lot of awesome hardware in a very tight budget!
