Quickly press R, L, R, L, R, L, then click the Right Analog-stick. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

All drugs
Enter the inventory screen, then quickly press R, L, R, L, R, L, then click the Left Analog-stick while not on a weapon. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Show drug stashes
Quickly press R, L, R, L, R, L, Left repeatedly. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

The Refinery

Avoiding undercover cops
Sprint over everyone that you sell drugs to so that they will fall over. If any of those people were an undercover cop, he will not be able to pull out his badge and bust you. Also, women are never undercover cops.

Finding criminals in America
Bust anybody with a gray jacket in America, as they are always a criminal.
