NPD: Extreme gamers play 48 hours a week
NPD has issued a new report called Gamer Segmentation 2010, and according to research from the firm, the most extreme gamers play for 48.5 hours a week. On the less extreme end of the spectrum, gamers ages 2 and older spend 13 hours per week playing games – which is up from 12.3 hours in 2009. Rumor: Project Natal priced at $150; bundled with Arcade SKU for $300

Microsoft has added some war games to its Games on Demand service, in the form of the original Modern Warfare, Battlestations: Midway, and Battlefield 2.You’ll want to check for availability and pricing in your area, but in the US MW1 will run you $39.99, Battlestations $19.99, and Battlefield 2 will cost $19.99 as well.
