Xbox app on Windows 10 is being reworked to target PC gamers
Microsoft had one of its strongest E3 briefings in years on Sunday, but that was only a precursor to the actual show. With E3 in full swing, Xbox head Phil Spencer has been busy with interviews and Q&As.
