Fable Legends officially shuts down, refunds being sent out

In March, Microsoft announced that they will be canceling their Fable Legends project. Today, the servers have been officially shut down and refunds will be sent out.

During the closed beta, players were able to purchase in-game currency. Since the servers will be shutting down and the game has come to a close, those who had in-game currency are now being refunded. Lionhead Studios is urging users to check their Xbox Live messages. If you have questions in regards to the refund process, you can try emailing Xbox support.

Incredibly sad news. Granted Fable Legends wasn't the same as the previous games but it's always sad to see things get cancelled.

not sure but I didnt see any reason why they shut the servers down. Would love to know since im a huge fable fan
