Fable Legends officially shuts down, refunds being sent out

In March, Microsoft announced that they will be canceling their Fable Legends project. Today, the servers have been officially shut down and refunds will be sent out.

During the closed beta, players were able to purchase in-game currency. Since the servers will be shutting down and the game has come to a close, those who had in-game currency are now being refunded. Lionhead Studios is urging users to check their Xbox Live messages. If you have questions in regards to the refund process, you can try emailing Xbox support.

Sucks for the people who had an interest in this game. I personally wasnt big on it at all.

Didn't know about this to try it out, I liked the Fable series, feel like I missed out.

Last I played was Fable 3 and was really looking forward to trying this out... Rest is peace Fable.

Wow that is such sad news, I have got to say i was looking forward to this, As Grimlock said i would like to know a reason why they have shut the servers down.
