Call of Duty: Black Ops III Runs in 30fps on Xbox 360 & PS3

Beenox and Mercenary Technology are handling last generation’s versions of Call of Duty: Black Ops III, and they have tried to achieve 60fps, but didn’t succeed.

Beenox Creative Director Thomas Wilson explained the situation, and said they tried to reach 60fps, but it was hard to do so. They are targeting 30fps for now, but he reassured everybody that “the experience is very enjoyable.”

We’re basically looking more at something like 30fps. But still, the experience is very enjoyable, otherwise it’s not Call of Duty.”

The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions won’t have a single-player campaign as well.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III launches on November 6 PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

I mean not bad considering it's the 360/ps3, glad they still make it enjoyable for those not on the newer consoles yet.

Whom I know next gen is like the better platform but i dont see why they get better graphics and content than us old gen users, I know old gen cant support some things because old gen wont be able to handle it lets say, i still think old gen should get some better features like better graphics, Better gameplay etc.

If it matters than much to you, upgrade; if not, don't worry than. If you don't want to upgrade, than get over it. Simple as that.

People need to quit defending last-gen like their opinions matter... Current-gen is here, if you don't feel like buying one, you'll get left behind. Simple as that. They shouldn't have even included this game on last-gen, as it originally SHOULD'VE been that way. Get over it, lmao.

How can previous gen get better graphics? Last gen can barely achieve 30 fps with shit graphics, let along current gen graphics.

Come on guys, really? Next gen is really current-gen now so if you don't have a xbox one or ps4 yet then that's your problem. They only said they were making it for xbox 360 and ps3 because people were complaining but let's get real, publishers have abandoned those consoles. We are not far off from getting an xbox two or ps5 and you guys want to still use the old and useless consoles. Everyone was complaining that they made the 360 and ps3 generation last to long but when they make new consoles, you don't want to buy them Get a job and spend your bucks!!!

The previous Call of Duty's ran at 60fps on the previous gen. (I'm pretty sure!)

It's easier to just ignore them and not waste time or resources. Don't worry though, these "next-gen" consoles are shit.

30FPS Call of Duty, that will be horrendous for some people to play after being used to 60FPS Call of Duty all this time.
